Does the BlocOut Smart include a Fabric Changer?

The BlocOut Smart includes the Fabric Changer as standard.  This system enables you to change your blind fabric in minutes without the need to re-measure. Simply unroll your fabric to find the unique ID, pick your favourite new fabric and email our customer service team at hello@blocout.com to order. When your new fabric arrives, simply swap out the old one.

Do you offer finance/pay later options?

Yes, we offer two ‘pay later’ options.

Klarna offers the ability to spread the cost into 3 interest-free instalments or pay in up to 30 days.

DivideBuy offers the ability to spread the cost into monthly interest-free instalments between 6, 9 or 12 months.

I own a BlocOut Smart blind already? Do I need to buy another Smart Hub?

A Smart Hub will work with multiple blinds. If you are buying another BlocOut Smart blind you can deselect the Smart Hub, Remote and Charger if you do not require another one.

I own a motorised BlocOut Plus blind. Can I upgrade?

Yes, if you already have a motorised BlocOut Plus blind, you can simply purchase the Smart Hub to seamlessly integrate your existing blind into your smart home.
