Our standard BlocOut fits windows up to 1900mm wide and 1600mm high.
BlocOut Plus and Smart blinds fit windows up to 2400mm wide and 2400mm high.

Windows not Perfectly Square/Rectangular?

Our BlocOut blinds can tolerate uneven windows. Take your measurements and put them into our Blind Builder to find out if it will work.

Window Recess is Small?

Fitting Positions Explained

    Recess Fitting Position

    The blind will be positioned inside the window recess.

    Recess fitting positions are available for the BlocOut Touch, BlocOut Plus and BlocOut Smart blinds.

  • Edge Fitting Positions

    The blind will be positioned on the front edge of the window space.

    Edge fitting positions are available for the BlocOut Touch blinds.

  • Surface Fitting Positions

    The blind will mounted on the wall surface around the window space.

    Surface fitting positions are available for the BlocOut Plus and BlocOut Smart blinds.

    Recess - Width

    Measure horizontally inside the window recess.

Edge Fitting - How to Measure

Edge fitting position is available for BlocOut Touch blinds.

    Edge - Width

    Measure horizontally on the edge of the window recess.

    Measure the depth of the window recess. Although the blind will be fitted on the Edge of the window recess, we still need this measurement to ensure compatibility.

Surface Fitting - How to Measure

Surface fitting is available for the BlocOut Plus and BlocOut Smart blinds.

    Surface - Width

    Measure horizontally on the edge of the window recess.

    Make sure to add +100 millimetres (mm) to the width of the window. Input the total measurement (window width +100mm) into the Blind Builder on our website.

    We will use these measurements to make your blind to fit on the wall surface around your window.

    Surface - Height

    Measure vertically on the edge of the window recess.

    Make sure to add +140 millimetres (mm) to the actual height of the window recess. Input the total measurement (window height +140mm) into the Blind Builder on our website.

    We will use these measurements to make your blind to fit on the wall surface around your window.

With Measure Protect Insurance (available to add at checkout), you can guarantee a perfect fit for every blind. We will insure your measurements against mistakes, even if the new size is slightly bigger. We will collect your blinds, make amendments and send the new blinds to you. The price of Measure Protect Insurance is calculated as 15% of the cost of your blind.
