How can I track my order?
You can track the status of your order here using your unique customer number and email address.
How do I get a VAT invoice for my order?
Send an email to hello@blocout.com and our team can forward you a VAT invoice. These can only be sent once the order has been dispatched.
How do I order free samples?
You can order free fabric swatches by browsing our Fabric Samples collection and adding samples to your basket. View our collection of fabrics and order up to 10 samples of your favourite designs. All fabric swatches will be sent free via Royal Mail First Class Post and are processed for next working day delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not entered production. We do advise contacting us as soon as possible if your order needs cancelled.
If I measure my blind wrong, can I return it?
All BlocOut blinds are made to measure, so unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns. If you have any concerns on measuring, we advise purchasing Measure Protect insurance as this covers you for measurement errors.
My swatches have not arrived/I need more swatches
We aim to send all our swatch orders within 24 hours of ordering from Monday to Friday via Royal Mail, First Class Post. If, for some reason, they haven’t arrived within 5 working days or you need more samples you can contact us or order more free swatches.

How can I best maintain my blind?
Careful opening and closing operation in accordance with the instructions is always advised. It is also advised that your blind is kept fully open while the window is open, to help ensure that the fabric stays in place.

What are my payment options?
You can pay for your blinds using Visa, Mastercard, American Express or with PayPal.
Do you offer finance/pay later options?
Yes, we offer two ‘pay later’ options. Klarna offers the ability to spread the cost into 3 interest-free instalments or pay in up to 30 days. DivideBuy offer the ability to spread the cost into monthly interest-free instalments between 3 to 12 months.
